Cune Cava - These folks have been around since 1879, and known primarily for their big, bold reds. However, they make quality cava too! This is a sneaky little find for your New Year, with great fruit notes of green apple and pear, bright sparkling acid, and finishing with just a hint of the breadiness you get from Traditional Method cava.
Schramsberg Brut Rose "Mirabelle" - Cheers to one of the elite sparkling producers in the United States! Schramsberg has been served at state functions at the White House since Nixon's "Toast to Peace" with China in 1972, and now we bring it to you! Mirabelle is a blend of 53% Chardonnay and 47% Pinot Noir from all of the Schramsberg properties, and is stunning. The toasty notes from the Chardonnay blend elegantly with strawberry and red fruit notes from the Pinot Noir, and the finish is long and satisfying.
Taittinger Brut "La Francaise" - This is classic Champagne! Comprised of all three of the major grapes of Champagne (40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier), it spends almost 4 years on the lees, which gives it incredible texture and depth. Classical brioche nose, with peach and honey notes on the palate. You won't know which one to save for midnight!

Fermin Iberico Acorn-fed Chorizo - This chorizo has been made from the best cust of the free range Iberico acorn-fed pig, an original breed from Spain. During the Montanera season (from October through February), this pig doubles its weight eating acorns and grass. Making it the finest and most prestigious pig in the world. CURED FOR 60 DAYS using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage.
Fra’Mani Mortadella - Made with prime cuts from the leg, shoulder, and belly, carefully trimmed by hand. Minutely fine-ground, with no artificial additives. Speckled with small cubes of pork jowl, the firmest and most flavorful fat on the hog. Slow-roasted for 10 hours with dry heat and finished with a breath of natural fruitwood smoke.
Tempesta Artisan Salumi Capicola – Made from the same cut as “Coppa”, and is first brined in a flavorful, aromatic liquid for a few days. From there we proportionally dry-rub hot Calabrian Peppers on the outside of the muscle, and then encase the muscle in a net for cooking. The Capicola is slow-roasted to keep it supple and juicy.
La Quercia ‘Nduja Americana - Sausage and pate converge! Soft, spicy and decadent, nduja packs a serious pork punch and spreads like butter. Traditionally made by finely grinding pork into a smooth paste with plenty of chilis, nduja changes the game on sausage. Smear it on a cracker and call it a night. Spreadable salami – enough said.
Grande Cheese 6-month Aged Asiago - This asiago cheese has a distinct, slightly buttery and earthy flavor with subtle mushroom notes.
Alouette Fresh Goat Cheese - Made with pure goat's milk, this mild, tangy flavored, creamy cheese is ideal.
Somerdale Red Dragon Cheddar - This cheese is part of a ‘Heraldic’ range of speciality blended cheddars. Creamy Cheddar is carefully blended with Wholegrain Mustard Seed and Ale providing a wonderful bite without being overpowering.
Don Juan Manchego DOP - Produced exclusively with high quality milk from the Manchega breed of sheep. By combining old world techniques with a state of the art facility and equipment, this 6-month Manchego has great character. This cheese has a floral aroma with a gentle, nutty flavor, making Don Juan Manchego the mildest version of this Spanish classic. The 6-Month Manchego is made in strict adherence to the traditional process, and is certified PDO (Protected Designation of Origin). Using no preservatives on the rind, this all-natural cheese is hand molded with herringbone prints, to mimic the traditional look when cheese curds were pressed with a straw cheese belt. Its semi-firm paste has a rich golden color and smooth texture.
